The British Aphasiology Society (BAS) International Conference is your opportunity to:

The British Aphasiology Society (BAS) International Conference is your opportunity to:

- Create new connections and deepen existing collaborations
This year's conference will take place from Monday, 7th Sept to Wednesday, 9th Sept 2026 and will be organised and hosted by Cardiff Metropolitan University in Cardiff.
The theme for this year's conference is "Living well with aphasia", reflecting our commitment to supporting people with aphasia to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.

The conference dinner will be held at Insole Court, a grade II listed building in Llandaff, only a short walk from the conference venue.
Hot buffet food (Indian Cuisine) will be provided by Cegin Halfnhalf (finalists in the Welsh Street Food Awards 2026)
Entertainment by Siwan Henderson of Welsh of the West End!
